Individuals traveling without a valid ticket, valid pass, or any other valid travel document will be fined according to Law no. 92/2007, Article 45, paragraph 2, regarding local public transport services. It constitutes an offense and is punishable by a fine ranging from 100 to 500 RON.
The offender can file a complaint within 15 days from the date of receiving the offense report to the court.
According to Decision no. 953/19.12.2006 regarding the exception of unconstitutionality of the provisions of Article 32, paragraph (1) of Government Ordinance no. 2/2001 on the legal regime of offenses, the offense report is submitted to the court.
The fine can be paid at the Tax Department of the Municipality of Galati.
In case of non-payment of obligations, forced execution will be carried out.
